Did anyone have an experience with the "helpdesk" of this website ? i paid 55 USD a few weeks ago but despite receiving a few emails they never activated my access. It takes almost a week or more to receive an answer and they just close the ticket instead of looking at the content or provide a solution. Very substandard. Beware before you spend your money on this website. their special offer of 30 procent is always the same too, they allow stolen internet pics and ai content taking customers for fools, Buyer beware ! i paid 55 USD for nothing. They took the money and did not provide access to the paying content. It is almost a month ago and i still have nothing despite having paid them 55 USD
